you can not redistribute without full avatar and without sale

You cannot give out for free in server

You cannot use this base for nitro assets

You cannot use on public avatar models

You may sell avatars using this tail however you cannot put items you dont have rights to use on the model.

r18 is permissible

use on vtuber is allowed but tail must be credited.
